Have ordered pearls multiple times. Every single time I’ve gotten exactly what was opened during the live show. Pearls arrive well cleaned and nicely bagged and packaged. Will continue to order in the future.

Never received purchases

I was super excited to see my pearls being born before my eyes as luscious, deep hues of purplish blue. But when they arrived in the mail, they were pink! I even took them out to the natural light to make sure I wasn't seeing wrong. Sure enough, they were not what I saw on the live feed. I've contacted customer service and demanded a refund with their return.
