This was my first order and I was pleasantly surprised all the way around. Eric made sure I was there before opening on the livestream. Watching each pearl pop out is almost therapeutic and so many beautiful colors. The free gift bracelet is beautiful with a mixture of white caviar pearls and a few of the treasure pearls. The pearls from my order were exactly as shown on the live with the addition of being full drill as I requested. The box the pearls arrived in is quite a cute little jewelry gift box as well.
